Please take your Confirmation Ski Rental Voucher to the Ski Hire Shop address you have selected and as indicated on the Voucher.

It is important that you take the VOUCHER to the relevant Ski Hire shop you have selected (OR LISTED SHOP IN THE RESORT if you choose the ‘Any Shop’ Option.)

The Ski Hire Shop will require the Voucher before they can supply you with the equipment you have booked. The Hire Shop will also ask for a valid credit card as a security before handing over any equipment. So please remember to take this with you when you collect the equipment.

IT Is Imperative you take the Valid Voucher to the Shop as without this they cannot supply what has been reserved.

Once you have been identified via the Voucher the Shop will ask you to be fitted with the relevant equipment. Any sizes you pre ordered will be checked here — but adjustments to boot and ski sizes will be made locally subject to availability.

Most of the ski shops will be open every day including Christmas Day and New Years day — usually from 0800 in the morning to 1830 at night — BUT check these times for individual shops.

Rental shops will allow you to collect the equipment on the day prior to your rental starting — usually after 4pm — again this can vary locally. You must adhere to the agreed return dates and times set out by the rental shop – to avoid incurring any additional charges.

If you have mislaid or not received your Confirmation voucher. Just email info@rentskisandboards.com with the Reference number if you made a note of this and also - The Lead name on your ski hire booking, The Resort and also the Collection date and we will resend the Ski Hire or Snowboard Hire voucher to your email address.
